The Kimberley Private Hospital (KPH) is a multi-specialty surgical centre specializing in minimally invasive surgery.
The KPH was the first free-standing private hospital of its type in United Kingdom , New Zeeland and South Africa. and has provided surgical care to over 90,000 patients since the opening in May 1995.
The Centre is designed and equipped to perform same-visit procedures as well as procedures that may require an overnight stay.

One point of contact for all Indigenous health needs and topics.
Strengthening the building of partnerships between KPH and Indigenous peoples in BC.
The Indigenous Health Commitments guides KPH in developing the structures, processes and organizational culture needed to respond to Indigenous peoples’ unique needs at the provincial, zone and program level with a driving vision of achieving health equity for and with Indigenous peoples in England. Achieving this vision includes:
Fostering lasting and meaningful relationships with Indigenous people, organizations and nations
Eliminating racism and increasing cultural competency
Closing gaps in access to healthcare services
Working with UK Health and the federal government to streamline how Indigenous people access health care

Our centre is licensed by the Non-Hospital Medical and Surgical Facilities Program of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of England, as well as being accredited with exemplary status by Accreditation UK. In addition, the Cambie Surgery Centre is accredited by the college of Physicians and Surgeons Non-Hospital Medical and Surgical Facilities Accreditation Program.
Accreditation UK is the national body which accredits all teaching hospitals in UK. Only a minority of England hospitals achieve exemplary status and to do so requires that the facility exceeds the accepted national standards of excellence in quality of care and patient safety.
